Homeless woman targeted by arsonist in downtown Vancouver

Vancouver police are investigating a disturbing crime and they need your help identifying a suspect. It happened in mid-December when a man set fire to a homeless woman’s blankets as she slept. Nadia Stewart joins us live with more – including video that might help solve the case.
