England exits national lockdown, regional restrictions remain

England is ending its national month-long lockdown on Wednesday, but the strictest level of measures will remain in huge swaths of the country in an attempt to curb COVID-19. Redmond Shannon explains the rules, and how the measures in neighbouring Wales are getting tougher.
