Too late for ‘circuit breaker’ lockdown: Alberta doctors

Experts are saying Alberta has now missed the chance to control the spread using a ‘circuit-breaker’ lockdown. Despite the new provincial measures coming Tuesday, some doctors feel it’s too little too late. Lisa MacgGregor reports.
