The Irish Embassy Pub was one of Montreal’s most popular watering holes before a fire destroyed it over two years ago. The owners have always maintained the pub will return but now there’s a new twist in the saga. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, the building the Embassy called home is set to be transformed into hotels and condos.
