Toronto Mayor John Tory said Friday that city officials are working on a plain-language guide to explain the varying levels of coronavirus restrictions with ease so people could best understand and follow the guidelines. Tory also reiterated the need for people to stay home “because it is the right thing to do” as Ontario faces a second wave of the pandemic.
