Manitoba’s Finance Minister Scott Fielding on Friday told Manitobans to be “be kind” as the province moves to only shopping for essential products as COVID-19 cases surge. The Manitoba government is encouraging businesses to use online shopping and curb-side pick-up as well as encouraging people to shop local.
