Republican Sen. Mike Lee on Tuesday questioned Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett on the size of the court and if it would have bearing on constitutional issues, she said it could “possibly” have impact though she refrained from offering a specific opinion. Lee then went on to speak about threats by some Democrats to pack the court in response to the quick move to confirm Barrett, saying the idea was “manipulative” and questioned what keeps from Republicans from doing the same if they take control of Congress later.
