Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough Mayor Sue Montgomery will run for office again in 2021 but not under the Projet Montréal banner. Montgomery has registered herself with Élections Québec and intends to seek re-election in the city’s busiest borough. As Global’s Tim Sargeant explains, Montogomery has an uphill battle ahead of her.
