U.S. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said on Sunday that Trump’s nomination of Amy Barrett for the Supreme Court is “troubling news” for millions of Americans with pre-existing conditions and for seniors relying on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as she once said it’s “wrongly decided,” and that the healthcare system would be “dramatically hurt” if she gets a seat in the Supreme Court.
