Democratic presidential hopeful and former vice president Joe Biden on Friday compared America’s daily death count from COVID-19 to the number of deaths being reported in Canada, in an effort to depict how the Trump administration has struggled to contain the coronavirus. He said while on two separate days this month, the U.S. had reported more than a thousand deaths from COVID-19, Canada had reported less than zero.
