Dried up wells and lack of rainfall spark calls for wider drinking water relief distribution

Nova Scotia is experiencing an abnormally dry summer, and starting this week, the Halifax Regional Municipality and provincial government are offering free drinking water to those in need. Jugs will be available at select regional fire stations, but as Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, that may not be enough to reach everyone whose wells are at risk of drying up.
