Peterborough daycare unable to reopen, says province needs to offer more guidance and funding

Another child care centre in Peterborough is struggling to stay afloat.
Compass Early Learning and Care says its in a precarious situation right now, and won’t be able to reopen without the government making retroactive funding decisions.
