Global News has learned the RCMP will be adding incels, violent misogynists who believe the world is stacked against unattractive heterosexual men, to Canada’s terrorism awareness guidelines. As Abigail Bimman reports, the change comes just weeks after the first ever terrorism charge was laid in connection to the extremist ideology.
