A dangerous situation is unfolding in BC's southern interior where evacuation alerts have been issued for close to 2,300 people. River levels are rising in the Boundary Region and they are expected to peak this weekend. As Rumina Daya reports, it's a situation all too familiar for those living in communities such as Grand Forks.
