Coronavirus outbreak: Scotland’s first minister says ‘risk too great’ to begin easing restrictions

Scotland First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said Monday the Scottish government would not yet begin easing COVID-19 restrictions, as the “risk is too great.” Sturgeon’s statement was made the same day U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson set out a “cautious plan” to reopen the economy.
