The Northwood long-term care facility in Halifax announced Wednesday afternoon that it now has a total of 281 cases of the coronavirus. Speaking to reporters that afternoon, Nova Scotia’s chief public health officer Dr. Robert Strang was asked why health authorities consider the situation at Northwood to be “stabilized.”
