British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab announced on Wednesday that 165,211 people in the United Kingdom have tested positive for the novel coronavirus and that is an increase of 4,076 on Tuesday’s numbers. He added that the country is moving to an “improved daily recording system” for deaths, which recognizes COVID-19-related deaths in all settings where individuals have tested positive for the virus, rather than just for those in hospital.
