The World Health Organization’s (WHO) director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Friday advised “10 basic things” people can do to protect themselves and others as concerns continue over the COVID-19 virus outbreak internationally. He said this includes: cleaning surfaces with disinfectant regularly, educating yourself about the virus, being aware of symptoms of the illness which start with a fever and dry cough, and avoid traveling if ill.
