Government working ‘tirelessly’ to resolve railway blockades: Bill Blair

During Question Period in the House of Commons on Thursday, Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer asked the Liberals when the illegal railway blockades will come down, created by Wet’suwet’en solidarity protesters, and Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Bill Blair said the Canadian government is “working tirelessly” on finding a solution to the situation, but reconciliation with Indigenous peoples remains a “crucial priority” for the government.
