Authorities from the Winnipeg police, the OPP and Manitoba Finance and Taxation said on Monday that that Project Highland drug raid of Dec. 18 resulted in one of the largest illegal tobacco seizures Manitoba has ever seen. Authorities also broke down the value of the items seized from the raid from the inter-provincial organized crime drug ring.
