Festive RIDE, Red Ribbon campaigns kick off in Peterborough area

On Wednesday, Peterborough Police Service and Peterborough County OPP launched the annual Festive RIDE provincial traffic safety campaign and the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Red Ribbon Campaign.

Both campaigns focus on tackling impaired driving. Over the past decade, the campaigns have helped remove more than 6,000 impaired drivers off the roads and highways.
