U.S. Coast Guard rescues 11 people during Barry storm

The U.S. Coast Guard rescued 11 people from their flooded homes in Isle de Jean Charles, La., during the morning of July 13 due to Hurricane Barry, said Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards. Hurricane Barry has since been downgraded to Tropical Storm Barry.
