Meet Penny and Abbey!! The cats are a bonded pair and must be adopted out together. They were surrendered to the Kelowna SPCA because their owner had health issues and could no longer care for them. Penny is five-and-a-half years old and is the social butterfly of the two. Abbey is six and-a-half years old and more shy. Check them out:
