More than 2-million parade patrons leads to overcrowding and busy commutes

The city of Toronto has says MORE than 2 million people came downtown to attend the Raptors parade but that sheer number quickly lead to overcrowding and a massive delay in the event schedule. Jamie Mauracher has more as fans try to get back home.
