March 1, 2019
A pipeline explosion in Mill Woods forced more than 19,000 Edmonton residents to evacuate their homes in 1979, and led to changes in safe digging practices. Mike Sullivan from Alberta One Call and Jonah Porter from Edmonton Area Pipeline and Utility Operators' Committee share more as the city marks the 40th anniversary of the event.
