F-150 customer stuck for months without parts

A Ford customer in Kitchener hasn’t been able to use her 2016 F-150 pickup for almost three months. For the last two months, Ford has been unable to supply a rear axle. As a result, she’s stuck without transportation, yet still has to make monthly payments. Sean O’Shea reports.
