Kamala Harris says Democrats need to understand who voters are

U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris said Monday that she will travel across the country, sit in living rooms and “listen” to voters when asked how they can bring back voters to the ballot box who voted in the 2008 election but did not do so in 2016.
