Black people overrepresented in cases where Toronto police use force: report

The Ontario human rights commission released an interim report on Monday into racial profiling and discrimination by the Toronto police service. It reveals that between 2013 and 2017, a black person was nearly 20 times more likely than a white person to be involved in a fatal shooting involving the TPS. Catherine McDonald explains
