It is hard to imagine….more than 100 cats all living in a mobile home. An extreme hoarding situation that has now forced the temporary closure of the Penticton SPCA. This after the shelter took in 46 cats in addition to the 65 that came in two weeks ago. Klaudia Van Emmerik has the latest.
