Hurricane Florence will be moving forward very slowly, about five kilometres per hour, when it hits land. Climate scientists have noticed tropical cyclones around the world have been slowing down when the systems move from point A to point B. As Eric Sorensen reports, it raises the possibility of big storms lasting longer and raining longer.
