Petrochemical plant northeast of Edmonton meant to help diversify Alberta economy

A huge industrial project northeast of Edmonton is now underway. It will employ thousands of people during construction and as Fletcher Kent reports, the petrochemical plant also promises to help diversify Alberta’s economy.
