Winnipeg man living with schizophrenia put in jail instead of hospital due to bed shortage

A Winnipeg father is desperate to get his 21-year-old son, who is diagnosed with schizophrenia, out of jail and into a proper mental health facility. Donovan Mohammed was charged with assault after attacking his father and was deemed not criminally responsible. As Talia Ricci reports, there aren’t enough beds for mental health patients in Manitoba.
