Sun, Aug 30 : David Farran, Eau Claire Distillery. They’re horse harvesting their barley that was planted in the spring this weekend, and threshing the barley on September 12. He’ll talk about harvest and the process in which Alberta made spirits are produced. Will also bring a mini still, raw grains and show the steps.
