Ducks Unlimited field trip

Thu, May 22: A group of youngsters had a chance today to get very close to nature. Instead of spending their day sitting at a desk in a classroom– a group of grade four students got to throw on rubber boots – and wade around the Tantramar Marsh. They were doing more than looking for critters — they were learning a lesson about the value of wetland conservation. Global’s Shelley Steeves reports.
