Liberals defeated in Newfoundland and Labrador election

Voters in Newfoundland and Labrador have elected a new government, marking an end to 10 years of Liberal leadership for the province. In an election upset, Liberal Leader John Hogan conceded the loss to the Progressive Conservative Party.
