Prime Minister Mark Carney will be in Mexico City later today for meetings with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum. Trade and the looming renegotiation of the Canada-U.S.-Mexico trade deal will top the agenda, and, as our chief political correspondent, David Akin, reports, Carney is also seeking to improve Canada-Mexico relations.
