Wildfire smoke blankets parts of Nova Scotia

Many Nova Scotians woke up to the smell of smoke from the Long Lake wildfire in the Annapolis Valley. Environment Canada issued an air quality alert for impacted areas, including Halifax, as concerns rise over potential health effects—especially with wildfire season still in full swing.
