Petition to amalgamate White Rock and Surrey

An online petition started by a group of White Rock residents and business leaders is calling for the amalgamation of two neighbouring municipalities, White Rock with Surrey. The petition cites a lack of transparency, fairness and responsible governance from the seaside community.
