Developer denounces Brossard for choosing a park over a new housing project

A large plot of land in one of Brossard’s oldest neighbourhoods is pitting the city against a local developer. The city purchased the lot to create a greenspace. But as Brayden Jagger Haines reports, the company says it had plans to build a housing project on the property.
