As the Maritimes braces for two days of intense heat, it’s our furry friends who are top of mind at the Nova Scotia SPCA. From sunburn, to heat stroke, to hidden toxins in the yard – a new campaign is focusing on ways to keep pets safe this summer. Kendra Gannon reports.
