Hundreds of e-bikes and scooters set to roll onto Halifax streets

Hundreds of electric bikes and scooters are rolling into the streets of Halifax as part of the city’s new micromobility initiative. The project launched last week, with the goal of increasing regulations on the increasingly popular mode of transportation. Mitchell Bailey reports.
