The Quebec government wants to put a quota in place for French-language content on streaming platforms like Netflix. Culture Minister Mathieu Lacombe tabled a bill at the National Assembly on Wednesday. The goal is to make French TV shows and movies more readily available online. Global's Franca Mignacca reports.
