Preliminary report on Pearson plane crash released

A Delta flight heading for Toronto from Minneapolis came in at a high rate of descent and tilted to the right before its landing gear gave way and a fire ensued, according to the Transportation Safety Board of Canada. Caryn Lieberman reports on the TSB’s preliminary report into the crash.
