Vancouver City Council to discuss proposed supportive housing cap

Susbidized housing will be on the agenda this week at Vancouver City Hall, as council debates the mayor’s proposal to cap the number of supported units in the city. But as Alissa Thibault reports, Ken Sim is asking other municipalities in the region to do their part.
