The New Brunswick SPCA has announced expansions to their Happy Tails program which helps low-income pet owners access care for their animals and will be focusing on providing coverage for more emergency services and piloted a drop-in veterinary clinic at the 12 Neighbours tiny home community in Fredericton, which the organization will be looking to bring across the province.
