Canada's foreign affairs minister Mélanie Joly was addressing Montreal's business community on Tuesday, less than 24 hours after the move was made to delay imposing tariffs on Canadian exports. Joly spoke about the amount of trade between the two countries and the work Canada is doing to try to convince the American administration to drop the tariffs indefinitely.
