Kelowna re-examines short term rental rules

A number of Kelowna residents are desperately hoping a new registry for short term rentals will help solve problems they say have been plaguing their neighbourhood. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports – the changes are designed to help enforce provincial legislation brought in last year.
