B.C. winery banned from hiring foreign workers

The federal government has given an Oliver, B.C. winery a permanent ban on hiring temporary foreign workers because of how past employees have been treated. As Sydney Morton reports, this isn’t the first time Toor Vineyards has run into trouble.
