U.S. Congress to certify Trump as president four years after insurrection

Congress is set to gather on Monday to certify President–Elect Donald Trump’s 2024 election win. This comes exactly 4 years after Trump supporters stormed the Capitol in an attempt to disrupt the certification of his 2020 loss.
