Crash survivor’s family shocked driver not charged criminally

A multi-vehicle crash last year near Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops took the life of one young man and seriously injured two others. The family of a man now living with life-altering injuries says they’re heartbroken to hear the driver will not be charged criminally. Klaudia Van Emmerik has more.
